Function of galvanized steel plate: The bottom die is galvanized steel plate with thickness of 0.5mm, which is only used as template in construction stage, and the utilization ratio of plate shape is 93%.
Construction technology: The installation of steel truss formwork binding distributed steel bar pouring concrete construction process, because of the need to transport larger formwork, construction difficulty is greater than the latter two schemes; but do not need to consider the turnover of formwork, convenient for secondary construction. The whole building can be constructed synchronously with a shorter total construction period.

It is difficult to construct the supporting slab of a transport building. The whole building can be constructed synchronously without considering the transportation and turnover of formwork, and the total construction period is shorter.
Third, Traditional cast-in-situ concrete floor construction
technology: the construction process of traditional formwork support binding steel bar pouring concrete demolition formwork is not very difficult under normal conditions. However, the second construction is more difficult and needs to consider the template transportation and turnover. The total construction period of the whole building is longer.
Fourth, Steel Structure and Fiber Pressure Plate
Construction technology: steel beam hoisting welding formwork laying fiber
The plate (finished product) has a large amount of welding on site, saves the construction of tied steel bar and concrete, shortens the construction period and simplifies the construction.
