The common thickness of HPL sandwich ranges from 0.6mm to 1.5mm. Customers can specify according to their own needs. If the requirements exceed 1.5mm, it doesn't matter. The thickness below 25mm can be produced with the same manufacturing process. But the thickness of 1.6mm-25mm is changed into a new name called anti-Bette. There are nine different sizes of the plate surface. The detailed sizes are 1220 mm *1830 mm, 1220 mm *2440 mm, 1220 mm *3050 mm, 1220 mm *3660 mm, 1525 mm *1830 mm, 1525 mm *3050 mm, 1525 mm *3660 mm, 1600 mm *3050 mm and 1600 mm *3660 mm.
There are many styles of HPL sandwich, which can be divided into many kinds, but there are some differences among different manufacturers, some of which are classified as:
1. Wood grain series: In this category, besides the common suede and smooth wood grain HPL sandwich, there are more than ten kinds of special surface treatment HPL sandwich. This kind of surface texture is more intense, the lines are concave and convex, the wood series HPL board is luxurious and generous, durable for furniture ceiling and wall decoration.
